We spent a night here before our flight out the next day. We left our vehicle here using their Park, Stay and Fly program. When we came back, our vehicle was just the way we left it. The parking area was well lit. We were able to get a shuttle when we wanted. The only thing I would have done differently was to leave 30 minutes earlier than the hotel staff suggested. Our flight was at 10:00 and the staff said to leave at 8:30. We barely made it on the plane before they closed the doors. So two hours before would have been a better choice.
The hotel had comfortable beds, the TVs were flat screen. The rooms were tastefully decorated. Hotel staff was courteous and there was no waiting. The breakfast was good, with some hot breakfast choices. The rooms were quiet. The toilet, shower and vanity are all in the bathroom, which can be a disadvantage, but they did have a full length mirror in the main room. We did not see the pool area, so can't say much about that. The hotel is within walking distance of the Mall of America. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is one of the nicer ones in the area that I have stayed in.
