Stayed at this property for the first time during a cold week in Minnesota on a business trip. Our company has a special pricing arrangement that makes it very affordable. I am a frequent traveler with Carlson properties so I was provided a nice large room for the 3 night stay. A free breakfast is included and does the job. The on-site restaurant is very nice with great food. The fitness room is provided, but small as is typical so the cardio equipment fills fast. Housekeeping did a great job.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Guestrooms are ok, not very functional for working since power outlets are few and not easily accessible and no real desk to work on, just a small table. Beds are very nice, bathroom is dated. Breakfast is included and nothing fancy. Shuttle service and location are the other main benefits for me, and the better price than the adjacent competitors usually make it the better deal.

I stayed two days at the hotel in November. Upon checking out I noticed that I was missing one nail cleaning kit I bought at the Mall of America the first night and left stored in the dresser drawer until I checked out. Upon checking out, I notified the front desk, and was told a Manager would call me about the incident. I had to call the Manager later that day while on my way home to ask him what they found out. OF course no nail kit was turned in, and when we talked further, I had noone else with me in the room, was gone on business all day until early evening, then out to eat and gamble, how could they explain my missing nail kit? When it was impllied it might be housekeeping, as who has access to the rooms, he would check into it and get back to me. A month a half later, still no word from the Manager. Blew me off like I was dirt. NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN! LET MY FAMILY AND COWORKERS KNOW AS WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Front desk and shuttle driver were very polite....

Every once in a while you stay at a place where every single person you come into contact with reaches out and makes just that extra little difference. The staff and management at this hotel take all the extra little steps to make you feel at home.

I visited this location this past week and stayed for 3 nights as I underwent cosmetic surgery. My wife came with me.

I booked well in advance and got an excellent rate by booking through their website. Often when you get such a significant discount you expect to get a less than stellar room or experience. Not here!

When we arrived at the airport, we accidentally took the wrong Country Inns shuttle and went to their other location. They were quick to help us out and had a shuttle take us over to the correct one.

Our room was just great! Room 233, has a comfortable king sized bed at the end of the hall, perfect for recovery. Complete with a fridge and microwave...and a nice flat-screen. There was guest laundry on my floor and the hotel has free wifi.

My wife treated herself to a swim and hot tub while I underwent my procedure and took advantage of their gym facilities - only to counteract the irresistible jar of fresh-baked cookies in the lobby.

On day one their shuttle took us to Mall of America - and arranged to pick us up at a time we preferred. Each day their drivers took me and my wife over to the clinic where I was having my procedure and also returned to pick me up. When I needed to visit a pharmacy, they were so accommodating and took me there as well.

We had a delicious meal from their restaurant one night. My steak was cooked perfectly. If you are there for more than one night I also recommend Oak City - which is just a short walk across the street.

Each day, they serve a hot breakfast that includes eggs, sausage, oatmeal, etc. in a nice little lounge.

This hotel seems to cover a lot of bases for a lot of people. They have a wonderful shuttle for people looking to shop at the MOA and that will take you to and from the airport. A nice pool and hot tub area that offers something for families. A wonderful breakfast and free wifi for business travelers. A great cocktail lounge for couples. Staff who reach out to ensure your needs on every level.

My procedure and recovery have gone extremely well thanks to the hospitality and customer service I received from the staff and management at this location.

Will be recommending this hotel to my friends.
