We spent one night at this hotel. We were passing through on our way from Winnipeg to Minneapolis.

Most of the hotel is likely everything that you could ask for. The room is adequate, it's very clean, the staff were excellent. The morning breakfast has considerably more variety than most hotels would have for a breakfast that is included in your room.

If you're travelling into Bemidji from the West, the location is excellent and easy to get to.

We were surprised at how much noise travelled through the walls. We were able to hear noises from the hallway as well as the room next to us. Also, our air conditioner must have been quite old. It worked but it was way too noisy to have on for the entire night. The combination of the hot room and noise through the walls didn't make for a restful night. I had heard the front desk mention that the hotel was entirely full so asking to be moved was not an option.

In the future, I would probably look for a different option if we were to pass through there again. Having said that, I would also be willing to give this place another chance given the many things they do well.

Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel with excellent customer service. When we arrived in the evening, we asked the front desk for dinner recommendations and directions to Paul Bunyan & Babe. The lady couldn't have been friendlier, gave great recommendations and directions to the statues! :)
The next morning, we had a lovely continental breakfast with a good selection. The cinnamon rolls are fabulous!

I travelled for business. I was very pleased with all this hotel and service had to offer. The service was beyond my expectations! One of the workers - Suzanne - personally delivered a package to my place of work during the day! This kind of service is unheard of. I was very impressed! They go above and beyond to meet your needs.
This hotel is very clean, quiet, and comfortable! Because I was staying for an extended period of time, they offered a mini fridge and microwave to make my stay more comfortable.
The breakfast is amazing! Someone works very hard each morning to keep it clean and stocked! Lots is offered each morning including hot meals and everything is delicious.
Overall, I'm very impressed. The people that work at this hotel are all very kind, personable and try their best to go above and beyond. Kudos!

Holiday Inn Express Hotels are pretty consistent, at least in my experience. This is no exception. Great service, good rooms, good overall. It's a nice hotel in a beautiful city.
