I enjoyed my stay it was great! No problems.

The only thing is the computer in the lobby is only for 16 year olds only.

We didn't have a definite destination that night, and stopped off in Baxter. We chose them because they were across the highway from a restaurant we had beeen recommended. The room was good, recommendation for dinner was for the same restaurant and excellent, and the pool and spa were fine. We had accumulated an extra suitcase (no wheels) with 60# of family heirlooms along the trip and needed to box them up to ship home rather than pack them the rest of the time. The staff went above and beyond, getting me extra newspapers to wrap things in, asking if I needed tape or anything, and then taking care of the suitcase and the extra stuff in our room. When I checked out it was like family saying goodbyes.

The hotel is getting new stuff (flat screen tv,curtains, Duvets, and othe stuff) they are a great staff and always helpful when looking for locations in the area. Would recommend to others.

The front desk staff was courteous enough upon check-in, but once we reached our nonsmoking suite, things went downhill. It was obvious from opening the door the room had been smoked in and not cleaned properly. There were crushed Doritos on the floor underneath the table, the bathroom had hair and heaven knows what in the tub. The room was old and not well-maintained. We have stayed in lots of hotels and this experience was very disappointing. The price was also quite expensive for an old, dirty room.
