We booked this hotel travelling with a group of families. The hotel gave us booking numbers that were changed not once, but twice. We were told breakfast was included when booking. I confirmed the booking with the hotel two days prior to arrival and was again told breakfast was included. Upon arrival I was able to check in early which was great, although I had to pay with a credit card as the check in clerk told me "this hotel does not accept cash". The kids in our group enjoyed the pool. When I asked for 8 pool towels 3 were brought to the pool. The room as well as the pool area were clean and well kept. Parking was adequate. At breakfast I was given a bill and not until I spoke with the manager was I able to get my "free" breakfast included as promised. The breakfast menu was great, healthy and fresh. Overall a good hotel to stay at but I left with a feeling that I needed to keep an eye on my credit card statement - and not to my surprise - an attempt to charge me more was on there.

As with most Courtyards, this one was nothing to write home about. We stayed here because we had business in the area for a few days, but there's not a whole lot around here to do. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but Courtyards are certainly a no frills sort of place.

I stayed at this Courtyard for 1 night while on business at the Detroit Arsenal. I'd say the hotel was Courtyard Standard - nothing spectacular but clean, comfortable, safe, good service and reasonably priced. No problem with the check in. The room was fine - big desk for working, small sofa and king sized bed which was very comfortable. While I didn't have time to hit the gym, the fitness center looked decent. Good breakfast - cost $10. I will certainly consider this hotel the next time I travel there.

i had great time at this hotel when i visited Michigan in 7/10/09 .. it was my first time & loved everything about it .. clean ,safe ,quiet & the crew is very kind ! the only thing that bothered me i was charged twice for my stay but they fixed it as soon as they noticed their mistake ! other than that i loved it very much .
so thank u for the great service :))
