We stayed four nights (Thur - Mon). The thing that stood out most to me was that it was quiet even though there were lots of guests at the hotel. It's a "no frills" place, but the room was clean, the staff were friendly, and we had no problems. It worked for us! Thanks.Beds were clean and comfortable and rooms quiet. Coffee in lobby but wished there was in-room coffee pot instead. Overall a great value for money,

I've stayed at this location a few times over the years, but not for a while. I kind of knew what to expect, and that's pretty much what I got.

The rooms are your standard Red Roof Inn rooms, although it was in pretty good shape. I've never understood the tiny pillows on a king size bed, but overall it was fine considering the price and the fact that I just needed a place to sleep. The wi-fi worked well most of the time, but was also a little slow off & on.

Many reviews here have raved about the great service, however that is the one constant that I've always had here - especially at night during check-in. This time when checking in I had to wait in the entry room with a note that said they'd be back in 10 minutes. I must have just missed her, but she was back in 10 minutes then noticed that I was there through the bullet proof glass. This wasn't unexpected at night, but about the only thing she said to me was "May I help you", "Can I see your ID?" and "You're in room 203." When I checked out in the morning I still had to talk through the bullet proof glass, and the only questions were "Checking out?" and "Do you want a receipt?"

I would rate this hotel with 3-4 stars, but opted for 4 only because it was a good value and I only needed a place to stay for a short time, and for that it is just fine. Just not very friendly.

The hotel was a mixed bag, but far more pro's than con's. First the girl at the desk was very nice and told me I was selected to get a bottled water and pretzels in my room as a randomly selected guest and was upgraded to "deluxe". Indeed they were there with a nice note from the manager so my stay started off very well. The building looked a bit worn, but the room itself seemed updated and was clean. The bed will certainly not win any awards, but was comfortable enough. The smoke alarm was beeping, but a gentleman quickly came and changed the batteries on it so it was a small annoyance. The TV channels leave a bit to be desired, but plenty of sports. I got a call from the office asking if I wanted some pizza so I was quite happy with a free dinner. There was a nice spread of pizza in the lobby for the guests, something I have not seen before. The two girls at the desk in the morning were very pleasant (It seemed training was going on) and my bill was accurate. With the service, free food/water, and a clean updated room I was very pleased with my visit. Nice hidden gem there.

I had called the motel before leaving to find out if our room would have a refrigerator. I was told by Connie, a very friendly and courteous check-in person that our particular room did not normally come with a refrigerator. But she felt that since we were staying for 2 nights, she thought it would not be a problem to get one and that she would get someone to put one in right away! I was impressed with her efficiency and her overall tone during the conversation. I felt that I was talking to a friend. Imagine my surprise when I got to my room and found that she had also had a microwave put in! She is awesome! When she found out I was in town for a concert, she asked who my son and I were going to see and wanted me to fill her in with how the concert was before we checked out! I appreciated her kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay. She truly did make a difference!
