We stayed here on a Sunday after spending all day at the zoo. Staff was very freindly. Evevrything was very clean. Best of all this hotel is 100% SMOKE FREE...whoo hoo for being smoke free!
We stayed in a king size room. It had a little love seat, coffee table, desk, frig and microwave. Check in was easy. Looked like there was a great breakfast in the morning but we got up too late. There is an indoor pool that looked very clean.
We will stay here again when we go to the zoo.

We stayed here for one night in October. The hotel was easy to find from I-696. There was a good amount of activity when we arrived, as it seemed a couple of families traveling together had just checked in and their kids were ready to hit the pool. This didn't cause us any trouble, as we were quickly checked in. The room was not quite what I've come to expect from Comfort Suites. Usually the rooms are larger, but this was just a regular sized room with a very small divider and a couch. But it served our purposes well and everything was clean and comfortable. The wireless Internet was free, fast, and easy to connect. The next morning, the breakfast was above average for selection and quality. The only complaint I had was on checkout, when the woman at the front desk ignored me while she continued her personal call. Even when she finally helped me check out, she was still talking/arguing with the person on the phone and didn't say a word to me.

My husband and I were in Michigan for a wedding the hotel were we had our reservations was horrible. Not knowing the area we stopped at Comfort Suites. The person working the front desk was very accommodating and the rooms were spotless!!!!! I will stay at this hotel when ever I am in Michigan! It is a great place to stay! A+

On October 18, 2002 I stayed at the Comfort INN Hotel in Warren on Walter Reuther Service Drive. At 4:35 am I entered the elevator and it broke and locked me between floors. I attempted to reach someone for help and it seemed like it took forever. The fire department arrived and pryed the doors open and pulled me out of the elevator through a small hole on the second floor. The hotel staff did not show any real concern for my health or safety and refused to even not charge me for the room. WARNING: If you stay at this hotel you may want to take the stairs. The stay was miserable. Recommend you stay somewhere else!
