Room was warm & cozy in December - they even had a mini Christmas tree in each room. Refrig, microwave & recliner in room made you ignore the dated decor. Fresh cookies, hot breakfast and snacks in the rooms were such an unexpected treat given the low price. Super friendly staff too. Didn't go there for luxury, so all these plusses were wonderful at a budget price.

I have had many pleasant stays at this property over the years. The front desk staff and housekeeping service has always been excellent. They also serve one of the best continental breakfasts I've had at a hotel. (Only a Best Western in Lake Tahoe, California beats it).

Some of the smaller, older rooms are dated. (Older bathrooms with no fans).

Their newer loft spa rooms are very nice for a romantic getaway.

Close to downtown, the college, the beaches.

Just needs to be updated, but has a good location, front desk is always friendly and helpful, and has good rates.

It is always a pleasure to stay at the Best Western Four Seasons in Traverse City. The rooms are comfortable, just the right size, as are the bathrooms, although they are a little dated.
There is always a warm welcome, complimentary hot soup and cookies are available, and even though the hotel is on a busy road, the rooms are quiet. I especially like the selection of pillows, guaranteed to suit every type of sleeper! Breakfasts are plentiful and varied, there is an indoor pool, and a great deal of information about what to do in the area. We stay here whenever we visit family and it has become a home away from home.
