Seriously this place is nothing to write home about-but it is clean and the beds are sooooooo comfortable. I seriously checked the matress to see what kind it was! The room was a little on the colder side even with full heat blaring the whole weekend. BUT seriously that bed-worth it! =D

Had a wonderful stay.. Will be staying at least one day a week.. Beds are comfy, Rates are very reasonable and staff is very friendly.. Coffee is pretty good too.. When leaving I recieved a coupon for 15% off next visit... Makes it hard not to stay here every week while working in Traverse... (At Judes Barbershop) lol!!! Thanks again for a great stay!

To start, when we got there, the guy said there was only one room left, so we decided based on the free breakfast we would take it. We went to check out the room, it reeked like smoke! My wife wanted a refund so we went back to the front desk for one, the guy said he'd change us to a different room. I thought there was only one left?! Guess not. After we settled in, we noticed the faucet in the room leaks, there was hair in the bath tub, and food crumbs on the floor. The mattresses were hard and squeaky. Come morning, we went to the breakfast, couldn't find it at first.. it was located in an actual room.. kinda sketchy.. There was NOTHING! It was suppose to go til 10am. We got there at 8am, the coffee was all gone, the oj was finished, no food left but a couple pieces of toast. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

I stayed at this hotel while I was in Traverse City for a family wedding. I called the day before to confirm my reservation and the person on the phone was very polite. Upon check in and check out the professionalism, positivity, and polite-ness remained the same.

My room itself was very clean and just the right size for one person. Bed and pillows were comfy. Their low prices do not reflect their rooms - the rooms were just a good as hotels who charge $80+ per night. The wall, on the other hand, were a bit thin. I could hear voices in the next room. And one morning I could hear all of the loud motorcycles start their engines and leave the hotel very early in the morning - this work me up!

However, the second night of my stay I pulled back my shower curtain to reveal 10 or more dead flies chillin' in the bottom of my tub. Since it was the second night - I would have assumed house cleaning would have checked/cleaned my tub on that day (prior to my late night shower). The shower curtain also was stained with what could only be mold.

I did not try the breakfast at the hotel. The pool did look clean and fun even though I did not use it.

Over all the hotel was not bad and I would stay there again.
