Overall, the hotel was OK. The room was clean (major bonus) and the place is in a great location for the price. However, we were more impressed with the pictures of the hotel online than in person. My fiance and I stayed here over Valentine's day weekend. It was nice having a jacuzzi tub in the room.....
but:
• the drain did not work properly and the water continuously emptied out of the tub, so we always had to have the water running (which of course lead to no hot water - awesome!)
• the jet controls on the tub did not work and were old
• the shower is so crammed and small, that it even made me claustrophobic and I am not claustrophobic
• the shower smelled of perm solution/sewage
• weird noises came from the walls, sounded like the building was creeking. we thought the ceiling was about to cave in?
• liked the flat screen, but the tv that was in the room is WAY too small for a large room with a king-size bed and a pull out sofa
• had problems with the wi-fi. when I called the front desk, the lady told me it was my computer that was acting up. when I told her I had two computers in the room, she then rebooted the router. still never worked properly, the signal kept getting dropped on both computers and also on two phones that had wi-fi capabilities
