We ahd went here for our Anv. We had paid for the weekend..we was ther e10 Mins. and was TOLD to leave..The desk Kid said he was sniffing under our door..And when i went out side to put things n car..I saw another worker standing by our wondow, Why was 2 emploees lurking under our door and around our window..? They kicked us out and said NO refund..To me this is being Robbed..Plus i would think Peeking n Windows nad under doors would be illegal..They rufesed our money back..

I honestly wouldn't stay here for longer than one night. The room was overpriced and I felt like I went back in time. The decor in the room looked like it was from the 80s. Also don't count on your typical continental breakfast. There's no eggs and bacon here. It's two kinds of cereal, bagels and muffins. Very poor selection. We also didn't feel completely safe here. We were in the room right to the exit door, which was left open overnight. No one monitored whether it was closed and locked so anyone could've walked in. Again, if you have to stay here, I wouldn't stay for longer than one night.

I checked into the Super 8 Motel located at 1870 N us hwy 31 N Traverse City MI. Oct. 7th. I paid in advance for four nights. Later that evening I noticed bed bugs in the bed. I reported it to the desk employee and was told that there was no manager on duty and no one available to check the room. I spent a sleepless night with the lights on while killing bugs. I called around looking for another hotel but they were booked. I tried more than once to find someone in charge to look into the situation. No one would help me. I was actually told that I had no business checking the room by one man at the desk.

I had already paid for the room but called around to find another and they were booked in the area because of local events taking place. I was over a thousand miles from home and spent four sleepless nights with the light on, killing bugs and getting bitten.
I returned home and called the hotel to complain. They flatly denied a refund and stated the rooms were free of bed bugs. They are not! Beware!
