The price was fair and the rooms were clean. The walls were extremely thin and the alarm clock in the room next door woke me up.

We stayed one night at this hotel on our recent trip to the west side of the state. I wish we'd stayed longer! The room had more amenities than our house, including a dishwasher and a refrigerator with an icemaker. Since we were traveling with our 4-month old and I am still nursing, the refrigerator was a godsend, allowing me to refreeze my ice pack for the next day. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff was excellent. Thanks, Candlewood!

We had reservations at another hotel, which then upped the price significantly when we checked in . . . so we took our chances & started checking out other places. We happened upon the Candlewood Suites because we liked the location - right off the interstate, but only 10 minutes from Silver Beach - and it was within walking distance of a Cracker Barrel. Glad we checked it out - it was $60/night cheaper than the other place we tried. The staff at the Candlewood was exceptional - very friendly and helpful. Everything was well maintained and it was quiet. The hot tub was nice, and I liked the flexibility of the little "store" in the lobby (either pay cash or charge it to your room). I highly recommend this hotel.

had some issues with the front desk at first. Kinda rude and vague "Come back in an hour" an HOUR?? give me a break, we just traveled 6 hours.. but afterwards, it turned out ok. Husband was kinda aggravated about not getting complementary tolietries that we forgot. the room was great, very spacious, and nice. we have visited other candlewood's in other states and they all had a great variety on their complementary breakfast. this one could use some major improvements. anyway, the room was great, after we made it past the initial first impression on the front desk, it turned out good.
