This hotel as a Westin has its brand's comfy beds and amenities. Housekeeping had done a solid job when viewing the room upon arrival. The rooms have large glass windows but also a smaller portion that opens ( a plus). The hotel is situated in a group of business buildings and so has parking options for those who drive ( garage "self park" or valet ). The front desk Manager was very congenial and helpful in room allocation and in providing a very competitive rate.
Mike the doorman Mike and David the concierge were also very helpful with some specific planning.
The hotel has a town car service waiting outside with rates that are equal to or close to those of taxis and far more comfortable, a definite plus for those who aren't using a car.
The wait staff in the restaurant were friendly and helpful ( cappacino was cheerfully obtained from a distance) and the food was adequate (though not memorable).
In short, a pleasant place to stay with delightful staff and competitive rates.
