I stayed for business and the front desk staff was helpful. The first room that they gave me was not very clean so I requested a new room. The room was cleaner, but same outdated decor as the previous room. A previous review stated that this hotel is used as a safehouse for displaced people and yes they do that. I do understand that people need a place to stay if they are victims of fire and other disasters so I do not have a problem with that. I will say that the hotel looks much nicer on the outside than it does on the inside. It also only has 1 elevator so needless to say very long waits when you are trying to come and go. I did like the microwave and refrigerator and the convenient location. However, as a frequent traveller, I have stayed in nicer hotels for the price.
