Stayed here due to reviews and the fact that we were in the area to pick up an craigslist purchase. From check in to checkout the staff could not have been friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and had the typical (awesome) Holiday Inn beds. very quiet for a suburban area hotel. Highly reccomend for anyone staying in the area.

I stayed here with my family while in town for a Red Wings game and a concert. We were initially given a room that was still being cleaned. The front desk staff person did not seem to know what to do but the manager intervened, straightened it out and upgraded us to a suite. The suite was spacious, our only complaint was that the blinds were a little worn and could not really be closed completely.

The pool was a bit over chlorinated.

The front desk staff on Sunday were very friendly. Charisma was excellent, even tracking down some cinammon rolls for us after her stock had been decimated by the large number of kids in the breakfast room on Sunday morning.

Overall not the best HIX we have stayed at but we would stay again if in the area.

Really was suprised by the spacious rooms! A perfect suite for my husband and I. Lots of space.
Service was nice at the front desk. The associate was very professional and friendly.
Used the pool and hot tub. Very overly clorinated- it bleached my bathing suit.
Breakfast was wonderful and got to try out the new pancake maker I have heard about. It was very fun! :)

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful; providing dining places and directions. The woman who worked in the kitchen (Charisma) provided a wonderful breakfast every morning. She was so friendly - always smiling; always seemed glad to see us each morning and made us feel very welcomed to the breakfast room. She even asked if we needed anything and checked to make sure we were satisfied with our room. I would return to this hotel just to see Charisma again!
