This was one of worst hotels that I have been to. I contacted housekeeping/front desk 3 times for a couple of extra pillow and it took over 6 hours and 3 phone calls to get one. The shower had mold growing in it and there was used soap and shampoo in the shower. The hallway carpeting looked worse than what would be in a frat house and my non-smoking room obviously had been smoked it with no obvious attempt to fix the smell. When I asked to change rooms, even though there were rooms available, the desk people acted as if I was bothering them. The only good thing about this place was that I was able to bring my dog, because I was with the basset hound group. I'm hoping that the 'renovations' will be complete by next year.
