This place is EXPENSIVE for what you get! There is no elevator and the carpets look like they haven't been vacuumed for ages! The carpet that is on the floors doesn't even match the carpet that trims it! Being a PLATINUM Best Western Card holder, I would have to say that this place is a huge disappointment! Sorry, but $119.00 is just a joke and we only stayed here because it was our LAST RESORT!

Nice, clean room. Continental breakfast was good. Hotel is only a short drive to Saugatuck and Oval Beach. Staff was friendly and eager to please the customers. Would stay here again if I travel to Saugatuck again.

Everything about this hotel was in great shape, from the rooms, to the halls, to the pool area. The gentleman I spoke to at check-in was very helpful and friendly, as were the other staff members I saw. Breakfast was acceptable. I liked it so much I wanted to stay another night; alas, there was no vacancy.

The customer service myself and my wife was given was absolutely one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. Lisa is an absolutely wonderful customer service specialist, very hospitable, and goes beyond what a normal desk person at any other hotel would go. The room was clean and the prices were very reasonable and with the cold weather the indoor pool was very inviting. Kudos to you Lisa. Awesome job!
