After being stranded for many hours in St. Ignace due to high winds and not being able to cross the bridge, we got a room here for the night. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room and the hotel in general. The beds were very, very comfortable and the room was nicely decorated. We had previously stayed at the Super 8 in Escanaba and the beds here were much, much better than the ones in Escanabe. The bedding was much nicer also. The bathroom was a little "tight" but the sink was in the hall which was nice. The breakfast was sufficient and we were able to eat before the 6:00 scheduled time. A very pleasant stay after a frustrating day of trying to return home.
Room Tip: I always ask for one on the second floor - no noise above you. They do have an elevator.
