I have been staying at the Comfort Suites Hotel for several weeks now on business. I have stayed in many rooms on different floors and all are neat, clean, quiet and comfortable. All rooms I have stayed in have had a microwave, fridge, and coffee pot. The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to do that little extra that many hotels had forgotten how to do a long time ago. I would recommond this hotel to anyone. It is located in a very safe area with tons of shopping and restaurants.

Comfort Suites is a very clean, relatively inexpensive place to stay for a powershopping
trip to Saginaw, or, like us, on our way home from a trip. Nothing but praise about this place.
Fridge, microwave in room. We didn't do the free breakfast, so I can't honestly comment on that, but if it is like the hotel, the staff and the rooms, I am sure it would be very acceptable.
Not only would I recommend this hotel to a friend, I plan on staying there again, , , and again!

We checked in the hotel in Saginaw and about a hour later we were checking out. The room was dirty, dust had settled everywhere, the comforter on one of the beds had a nasty, fresh looking stain, pubic hairs all over the toliet, mold growning around the sink, and odd looking peices of trash were caught under the television. The room and furniture was worn and tired looking, the sofa had a hole in the arm and there was dents and scratches the woodwork. As I stood at the counter to complain about the room another couple was having their room changed and a phone call to the front desk had similar complaints. When offered a different room I decided not to stay and asked for - and received- a full refund. We stayed at the Comfort Inn at Birch Run (15 minutes away) and this hotel was not only clean but had a very friendly staff.

I booked three rooms for various family members, two double queens, one handicap with 2 doubles. The 2-queen room on the second floor was clean and had no problems. The handicap room was also fine, on the main floor. The other 2-queen room on the main floor well...when we opened the door a wall of smoky air hit us. I went to the front desk to request another room but the place was full. I was told there would be a discount of up to 20%. The couch in the room was stained in many spots; we whipped off the comforters because they were so stained. We bought a bottle of Fabreze and used half of it in the room with no effect; the stained comforters were sent out with the cleaning lady and were not seen again. IF we had not complained about the smoky room, we could have been charged for cleaning it...$150...or so I was told at the front desk. Beware! Another room down the hall had the same problem so they obviously are not in control of the 'no smoking' issue. I would be inclined to try one of the other hotels, close by, on another visit.
