Beds were badly worn, bedspreads were stained/discolored, holes in the furniture upholstry, wallpaper was coming down, mold in the bath room, pool heavily chlorinated, .... the list goes on. The above comments were sent to the chain via their feeback site (which promises a reply in 72 hours); its been 2 weeks and they haven't contacted me. Also, the hotel does not have automatic doors to facilitate handicap access.
