Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean, quiet and reasonably priced. Free internet and Park and Fly. Good value for money.

Super 8 should pull it`s sign from this dive. Had two rooms reserved been driving all day to make the motel. Ehausted when we arrived. Igoned the customer that was complaining so loudly that the staff called the police. After a discussion on why the rate changed wewent to our rooms (2) booked and one was so foul that it should have been condemend. We stayed because the refund policy sucked and we were beat. Condem his Motel Remove it from the Super 8 family.

I have never had a room smell as bad as this room smelled. This is by far the worst super 8 hotel I have stayed at. I will not be staying here ever again. I had booked my room here bc I had an early flight the next morning from Detroit to Vancouver. The staff tried to help but the room needs to be renovated. Hair all over the bathroom floor.

Let me start by saying I don't expect much from motels, super 8 generally ok but this one isn't.
When u arrive u will notice that the hotel is about 200yards from the main runway of an airport. When u get ur room u will find thread bare sheets no coffee in the room and generally just grubby.
When u go to breakfast you will be greated by not the usual breakfast including basics like cereal and milk. All they have is black coffee and stale bagels with one spread. No plates, coffee finished. The owner has excuses like u r too late for breakfast bearing in mind its 0730 for a breakfast open between 6 and 9am. Upon close inspection the cereal dispensers still in attendance are covered in dust, so it would seem some months back you may have got cereal.
The owner is unapologetic and seemingly couldn't care that he ruins super8's reputation and consistency. If it was your first super8 stay you wouldn't return to this or any other branch.
