Hotel with the Valet Parking was great for us. The wheelchair accessible room was comfortable and quiet. While there, a tire blew on the wheelchair. Grace (gen. mgr.) went well above and beyond to help us get it repaired, for which we are very grateful. Kristie (reception) and Violet (valet parking) also helped. We will definitely stay here again when flying from DTW ......... can not beat the staff and the sevice.

We stayed here one night before we left for a week long vacation in Costa Rica. We picked this place because it was the best value for us to stay the night and park our car for the week. We checked in around 9:00pm and the staff was very friendly. It was a little weird having to check in for your room at one desk and then your car at another desk but it all worked out.

The shuttle took us to the airport at 4:30am. The driver was very helpful with the bags and friendly so early in the morning. They have shuttles that run every 1/2 hour.

The room was clean and neat. Nothing too fancy. Perfect for a one night stay. The building is older but we didn't mind.

The breakfast in the morning was your basic continental breakfast with hard boiled eggs, danishes, juice, cereal, yogurt, etc.

We called the hotel when we arrived back in Detroit after our vacation. They had a shuttle there to pick us up within minutes. Again, the driver was very nice. He took us back to the hotel parking lot and directly to our car.

We would definitely stay here again when we need a one night stay.

The hotel works great as a place to stay if you are leaving from DTW the next morning. We have used it multiple times this year. The hotel is clean and the staff nice. The restaurant has good food. HOWEVER be warned if you are using it as a "Park and Fly" - the parking is worthless. We waited 40 minutes to be transferred from the airport back to the hotel - each time we called we were told they would be there in 10 minutes. Finally got to the hotel and there are 6 families still waiting for their car - the woman that is running the parking service is hollering at all of us waiting "Just Chill people". Time from landing until we got our car 95 minutes. I could have been half way home in that time.

Bottom line I would stay at the hotel again but I will not use their park and fly service.

nice place to stay, for a quick get away in detroit. quiet beside the airport, park onsite, pay extra. breakfast was continental and good and fresh. hotel connection transport was good to have and on time.
