We stayed at this hotel January 21, 2012 as part of our Park, Sleep, Fly. We were pleasantly surprised to find this to be a very nice place to stay. In fact, we wished we had more time to enjoy the room but didn't due to the time we needed to arrive at the airport. Check-in was flawless. The young gentlemen at the desk wore suit type of apparel, not a shirt and khaki type of "uniform" so that lent a nice air to the lobby. The lobby is very pretty with a modern decor. There is a small bar in the lobby but, again, since we were departing so early, we didn't avail ourselves of the opportunity. The gentleman advised us of the shuttle process and made our reservation for the early morning shuttle. Understand that you do NOT leave your vehicle on the premises. You take your care to Airline Parking which is VERY close to the hotel. You can see it from the side parking lot of the hotel. We checked in, unloaded our luggage, drove our vehicle to Airlines Parking and hopped one of the shuttles who delivered us back at the hotel entrance. We did this around 7:30 or so and it worked out very nicely.
The room is, as you would expect from the name of the hotel, a suite. There is an L-shaped couch, coffe table, and desk area that is separated from the sleeping area by a wall of frosted glass. The television was a flat panel and was viewable (but on an angle) from both areas. In the couch area there is a microwave, coffee and tea supplies, and a small frig.
The bathroom consisted of two separate rooms. One contained a nice, clear glass door shower and counter w/one sink and the other contained the toilet and a very small corner sink. Both had pocket doors which was a nice space savor.
The bed was comfortable and the linens appeared to be fresh. I thought the room was a little cold and has happy to discover an extra blanket in the closet. The closet also contained an iron and board.
We left too early for the breakfast so can't provide any information other than that at 5:00 am the coffee was ready and there were at least bagels and muffins for the folks who had to slip out early. The lady who was staffing the breakfast area even offered to give me a baggie to put my muffin in so that I didn't have to wrap it in a napkin. It was something she noticed and acted on and I thought that was great.
I am going to say, for us, it was a good value and would, in fact, recommend it to any of my friends or relatives. If there were any complaints I suppose I could say that it was a little odd that when we left to take our care to the parking lot the desk staff were sitting in the lobby chairs watching televsion. To some this might seem a little unprofessional but I didn't really care. I'm just sayin'....
