“Nice place to stay some things to note if traveling with children”

My family stayed here for one night. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The sound does carry I could hear my children in the hallway with the door closed. If you have a baby they do charge a 20 dollar fee for the portable crib. This is the first place I have been to that has charged anything additional. They do have a washer and dryer (1.25 each + 75 cents detergent). They have a nice breakfast but it is all sweets no protein (great for kids not great for parents:)

“Terrible experience.”

Very rude with their customers and not kid friendly! They immediately judged people as they walked in and does not accept family/visitors while you stay. We left 1 hour after checking in and went to a much more beautiful place.. Holiday Inn Express. Kids had a blast and the rooms are beautiful!

Normally locally family owned to means less clean and professional, but this seems like a top notch chain place. The only thing I would change would be to seed some eggs or protein for breakfast.

We had a great time being at this motel. The welcome we received at this hotel was friendly and knowledglable about the area. Not only in the Petoskey area but other places as well. We felt fortunate that Karen shared some of her time and information with us. It made our stay a memorable one. Thanks to you Lawrence for being a great host making our breakfast time special..

Have stayed here twice. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and well maintained. The owners are very friendly. Great view of the bay.
