Stayed here Thanksgiving week using my Marriott Rewards Points. Hotel is in Novi at the intersection of Novi Road and Grand River. Convenient to freeways and other businesses.

The lobby is the outdated Courtyard design. There is only 1 computer with printer in the lobby. That really isnt enough for a place that sells itself as a business travelers hotel. Hotel has breakfast until 930 am on weekdays. On weekends, they serve to 11 am.

The hotel has an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Small but useful. A work out room with an elliptical machine (new), treadmill (old), stairclimber (older), and some weights.

The rooms are nice and clean with flat screen TVs but no High Definition service. You are watching things in standard definition. Ventilation units look to be the original and very old. Bed was too soft for our taste. Our room had a small refrigerator. I dont know if that is standard. Small vanity. Internet is wired and pretty slow. Less than 1 Mbps download speed when I tested it. SLOW! Not really suited for a business travelers hotel.

The staff are really nice. Housekeeping staff do a wonderful job of cleaning the rooms.

When will Marriott get their Courtyards all updated with their new technology orientated lobbies with a modern bistro for dining? No Starbucks coffee in hotel or nearby.

I recommend that you to Steve & Rocky's for either lunch or dinner. This place is fantastic! Its walking distance from the hotel. Excellent service and quality of food. This was the best place we ate during our week in Michigan.

I frequently stay in Courtyards and found this property to be just fine. Staff was friendly and helpful, check-in was quick, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Price was right after the Priceline routine. Included a Saturday and Sunday.

I have now stayed at the Novi Courtyard several times, for business meetings at the home office (I am located off site in a different state). This Courtyard is just fine. Nothing exceptional, but very nice. It is located right off of I-96, which makes it very convenient for business trips (two right turns, and you're on the interstate headed for Detroit). It is also located right next to Novi Town Center, which has several chain restaurants, and a Borders book store. Even though it is right near the interstate, it is very quiet in the hotel, and there is no road noise. I also gather from the looks of the other clientele that it is very much business-focused; I have had no issues whatsoever with any noise on the several occasions I have stayed here. Internet is free, but wired. The rooms are standard Courtyard, and cleanliness is above average. No flat-screen TV's in the rooms yet, but that's a minor criticism. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for business travel, and will be staying here on future visits.

I'm not a big fan of Courtyards so I was not particularly looking forward to this stay. However helpful and happy staff always create a good first impression and that continued throughout my 3 night stay on a business trip. Beds comfortable, room quiet and clean and a good location for the airport and all businesses in Novi. Also liked the fast check out service. Reasonably priced and so if I go back to Novi I will stay here.
