Staying at this hotel for the first time. The staff is great, the room are clean. Will stay here again next time I'm in town.

I've stayed here a couple of times with my partner in October. The first stay was fine - nice and tidy rooms, comfy bed, coffee and other hot drink dispensaries on hand. However, the room has a walk-in shower (no bath). The first time we stayed there was a children's hockey convention going on and the kids were playing floor hockey in the hallways when we returned one evening. On another occasion we were awakened at 3am to a scream followed by being awakened yet again at 4am to the sound of officers breaking down our neighbor's door due to a domestic violence dispute! The staff were understanding during the morning and allowed us to check out later.

Arrived on a mid Sunday, the hotel desk staff was pleasant and patient despite being very busy (Virginia). Hotel atmosphere was very nice, cheerful, peaceful, welcoming. Room was fantastic, quiet and clean. Landscaping of the perimeter was lovely, well cared for. Very nice bedding and I felt very safe and secure as a female traveler. Great location if I was a shopper! A bit hard to find, but Mr. Garmin had it figured out before I did. Would stay there again. Very reasonable price, very nice accomodations. Thank you Hilton! (Not Paris Hilton-please!)

Only one night but a great stay. One of the cleanest rooms I've ever seen. Not even any maid hair in the bathroom which is unheard of. A walk in shower in an HGI? Wow! So quiet at night I almost couldn't sleep and the AC worked great. Fitness room was up to date and very funtional. The young guy at the front desk was very cool and very helpful. He even allowed me to grab a beer instead of the usual bottles of water . . . very nice touch. (Hope I don't get you in trouble!)
