front hotel checkin was Caitlin. she was curt, not friendly, lied to us and not helpful. first, after we asked for a refridge for surgical reasons, she replied.."nope, none available." no apologies, nothing..then she gave us a room at the opposite end of the hotel from the elevator.. we went back and explained softly and kindly that I just had surgery and need something closer to the elevator, and asked if all the rooms had the bathroom sinks outside of the bathrooms in the main rooms...she replied, "yes, they do". The second room was still half way down the hall from elevator, but guess what? this time, the bathroom had the sink inside the bathroom! she lied about that. We noticed the toilet was cracked and rocked when sat upon, we tried to turn the tv on, and nothing worked, we called down to customer service, and she told us that someone would come look at it....after 1/2 hour, we had had enough of everything going wrong here...we could of put up with the room and the minor flaws..(the TV was old school type and color was greenish), but the lack of customer service and caring, made us decide to leave and go somewhere else for the three days we had booked. When we went down to cancel our reservation there, miss Caitlin just looked at us and said.."so what is wrong with your room?" she never offered apology for anything, nor did she care that we were leaving.. It's service like this that makes us not return. We had been loyal to this hotel for years, but now, will not go back. If they dont care about return customers, then we dont give them our service and money.
Room Tip: old tvs..not flat screens, no chairs in room besides desk chair, small sink and water problems.
