On the way I decided to confirm the reservations that I had made 2 weeks prior, no record of me calling but she did assure me that they had a room. Got there she had found my reservations. So we checked in the key did not work after getting to the 2 floor with our things I had to go back and get it fixed. The hallways smelled terrible. The 2nd night the key locked us out again. Repeat the steps from the first night I was ferious. Needless to say what perfect place for a new motel... I know they need one.

I read the reviews on here before booking this hotel for a quick trip to MI just to get away. All the reviews seemed to be pretty good so we booked the hotel for the night. The only good thing I can say is that it was cheap. Seeing as how it was so cheap I wasn't expecting much but it was worse than I could have thought. We got there about 12 at night and there were bugs everywhere, I mean a carpet of bugs clear up to the door! My teenage daughters freaked out! We got to the room and the sheets were stained and the floor in the bathroom was filthy! We called down to the front desk for a cot, and were told sure, no problem and they brought it right up, they just forgot to mention the $10 charge for it come check out time. The "breakfast" was nothing more than doughnuts or cereal and juice! Needless to say we will not be staying at this hotel again! I was very disappointed especially after all the good reviews on here.

We went to take the kids swimming and get away from home for the night. We were very happy with our stay! Their prices were the best and it was a good value. The customer service was great!!! He was very accomodating and nice. Our room didn't have a fridge and microwave to he promptly brought them in for us. Our dvd player wouldn't work and he let us borrow one. I was just very happy with the experience, we had a nice time. The only thing that I didn't like would have to be the view and there was too much chlorine in the pool.

I read some reviews before booking a room. I had some concerns but figured I would try this place. Much to my surprise it was very pleasant. The staff went way out of their way to make our stay wonderfull. My grand kids loved the pool, the room was clean,breakfast got us going, and the restaraunts in the area had good food at a reasonable price.We are planning to go back again next month.
