We stay every year for a weekend. Our extended family (aunts, uncles, cousins, neices, nephews, close friends...) tend to over-run the place. It's always a good time. The hotel staff is always VERY friendly and accommodating (for the most part). Love the new eating area and the new workout equipment. Overall, we had a great stay! Rooms are clean. The staff did a great job of keeping the breakfast bar replenished and cleaned up after breakfast was done. The pool was very busy, but tons of fun for the kids! I was extremely disappointed when we had waited all day for the "adult" time in the pool area. We had planned to have some quiet time in the hot tub and relax. When we went to get in, we found that the staff had already begun refilling it with COLD WATER! We thought it was very poor timing to pour in the cold water just before the adult time. We didn't get our hot tub time. I LOVE the new massage chair in the lobby. A huge THANK YOU to the hotel staff for your patience and hospitality!
Room Tip: Pool side rooms are not quiet rooms, but they're great if you have kids that can be in the pool...

Thank you and your family for your continued business every year. In the last year we have made several improvements to our hotel and we appreciate that you took note of a couple of them such as the new breakfast room and the new fitness room and equipment. This week we are even installing a separate TV for each of our pieces of fitness equipment so all our guests wanting to use our fitness room can do so and enjoy watching whatever they choose while they work out. I am very sorry for your disappointment with our staff filling the hot tub at the end of the night. Unfortunately with the amount of use if was getting throughout the day from having a family reunion and several hockey teams at the same time the water level got very low. If the water level gets to low our pump starts to pump in air with the waiter and that can be very bad for the motor. I as the manager have instructed the staff to always keep the spa level above the skimmers no matter what, so I will take full responsibility for that. I am glad that enjoyed the rest of your stay and we look forward to seeing you again next year.
