The grounds were fairly clean. The clientele seemed OK considering it was an economy extended stay hotel in a really blue collar area. When I walked in the room, there was spackle and a spatula along with spackle chips and maintenance items on the floor. Spackle on the microwave and the remote was missing. Everything else was pretty good. There was no bathtub or shampoo but a nice little kitchenette area.
I paid $22 for this hotel on Hotwire and for that price, it was a steal. However, if I paid the $40 to $60 I saw on other web sites, I would not have been happy. Basically a Motel 6 with a kitchenette.
