The manager, Kisha, is really a mean and discriminative person who wrongfully blamed my family for making noise and asked us to check out with a few hours notice. How can we become so noisy in one day after staying for 3 continuous weeks with no complain. The noise that she complained about was basically caused by our room's neighbor for which she blamed us and forced us to check out. It felt to me as if she just made an exceuse to push us out for renting the rooms to someone else. The terrible thing is that she charged my card for an extra day for being 30 minutes late in checking out. At our check in both the rooms were not made, they were all dirty. After I complained they gave us other rooms but every room has some broke and/or missing items i.e. exit-door lock, utencils, chairs, TV controller etc. Those concerns/items were not addressed/fixed promptly due to their poor customer service. We were tolerating these deficiencies only because renting two rooms was giving me some cost savings but I had to regret that later. You can expect any unfair and unpredictable behavior from their manager. They are not even a member of a Better Business Beureau (BBB). I recommend everyone to make sure about the manager change before booking a room at this Crossland. The only unique and good thing about this hotel is the low price.
