Stayed at this hotel in November. It has a good location by the highway in Livonia. Hotel was clean. I liked the fact that the hotel was directly connected to the mall next door where there were several restaurants in walking distance. You did not have to go outside which was nice. I did not eat at the restaurant - menu prices seemed a little high. The room rate was rather high I thought in comparison to some other hotels I have stayed in similar quality. The hotel staff was nice. I have stayed at the Hyatt Place a little further down the highway and have received better service and what I thought was a better room for a lower rate.

We just stayed there over the weekend and had a nice time. The hotel was clean the pool was nice but could have been cleaner other than that its a very nice hotel and located right off of highway

Lobby is neat,clean, and staff was very attentive.Rooms were clean also. This hotels halls seemed dated with pieces of wallpaper taped up with masking tape. Really distracted from what otherwise was a great hotel. This is a non-smoking hotel but we did smell smoke but I'm not sure how they rectify inconsiderate people. We went to this location to be near a party we had to attend. The mall is right next to the hotel, this was a great convenience. There was a restaurant in the hotel that the food was good- to very good. We had 3 meals there. The service is slow so give yourself extra time.

What a delightful one night stay. Each person we came in contact with had a smile on their face and was helpful and happy. The bar in the restaurant was friendly and relaxed. The bartender was knowledgeable and fun. We were impressed looking at the menu although we had eaten earlier. So many vegetarian choices. We were looking forward to breakfast in the morning and we weren't disappointed. The only minus and it was minor was the rug in our room had a rip in it.
