The hotel itself is a centrally-located and clean property. The room, bed and amenities were all Courtyard standards, so you know what to expect. My problem was with the internet...

The modems that are in each room require you to connect via an ethernet CAT-5 cable. Definitely not the best way to utilize an iPad. This pretty much ruined the whole business aspect of my trip as I was not able to work on a large presentation after a full day of meetings.

It's a nice property that really needs to get much more tech-savvy...soon!

Stayed here October 23rd for one night and was happy with the staff and the room. Just one thing to remember. The hotel is directly next to another Marriott hotel, however the roads signs for both hotels are at the end of the same drive. I went to the lobby of what I thought was the Courtyard and after 5 minutes trying to find my reservation, I was told I was at the wrong hotel and needed to go next door. With that said, it was very nice to have a balcony and I would stay here again. There is no lounge onsite, but you can walk over to the "sister" hotel and enjoy that one.

The rooms wer very clean and relaxing. Was nice to hav e balcony. BW3'S is across the street major plus.

Room was well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. Lisa and Mario were welcoming, provided quick service and were very professional and courteous. Proximity of hotel to Detroit Metro Airport is why I selected this location. There is great dining and a nice mall within walking distance of the property. Only downside for me was that the wireless internet was not working or it wasn't a strong enough signal to connect. Instead I was relagated to using the CAT5 wired connection in the room at the desk.
