We stayed at this hotel as part of a wedding party. The determining factor was the shuttle that was provided to take guests to the nearby reception and back. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Our requests for early check-ins were accomidated which we really appreciated since we had to get ready for the wedding. It would have been nice to have a microwave in the room, but the rest of the amenities were great.

Stayed one night. Room was very clean, the front desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating, the hotel was quiet. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows and an extra blanket. No complaints!

This is our favorite hotel of the Marriott properties in the Livonia area. Check-in is always a breeze and the desk staff is friendly and courteous. I had booked a standard king bed room and we were very surprised to receive a one bedroom suite. My husband is a Marriott Platinum Rewards member and I guess since the hotel was full they had upgraded us to save the less expensive rooms to book. The large living room with wet bar, desk, sofa, two chairs, and tv was nice, as was the large bedroom with king bed, dresser, chair and tv. The
bathroom sink area was standard, but the tub/toilet area was tiny. The wet bar in the living room takes up the additional space that would have been part of the bathroom. Everything was very clean and it looked like the room had recently been refurbished. The internet connection was a little slow, but that seems to be the case in most hotels we've stayed at. There is a nice restaurant, Sweet Loraine's, in the adjacent Marriott and many other restaurants within a short drive. There is also a small mall, Laurel Park Place, a short walk away that has a few places to eat and some nice shopping. When we're back in the area I'll be booking the Courtyard!

Started by having a reservation for the wrong date(my mistake)
Desk clerk cancelled the wrong reservation and was able co accommodate us for the same price and was able to have the room available to us at 11AM for no additional charges.
Room was extra clean with a view, king size bed with extra pillows. Restaurant and lounge on premises.
