We got our room from priceline for $56 plus tax, so based on that, we got our monies worth. I would not pay full price though. The bedding was cheap and the bathroom wallpaper was peeling and the fixtures were cheap. The staff was fast and friendly but the place was what I would expect from a super 8.

This is an old school Courtyard. Everything is fine even if the decor/amenities are a little tired. The free wifi works great and the front desk people are on their welcoming game. A perfectly fine place to stay if you aren't going to be spending much time in the hotel. Otherwise you might want a little more ambience. It is close to chain restaurants and some big box shopping, which can come in handy. Close to the airport. Great water pressure in the showers. Just a little outdated and generic, but there isn't much choice out there near the airport.

We loved this hotel. It suited all of our needs and was in a safe/secure location. The management staff was professional and polite, the pool was open 24 hours and we were upgraded to a king suite. We noticed the decor of the room was in need of slight updates, but that did not make our stay less enjoyable. We booked on Priceline for a rate of 46/night, while on the website it stated 99/night....and based on that why would you not reccomend? Will stay again if in the area!

I like to end my day with a walk. You can do a big circle that is just over 3 miles by going right out of the parking lot to the next big intersection and take a right again by the little college. You stay at this Courtyard to be close to the airport, period. Request an end room 3rd floor, facing the rear of the hotel, not the road, no noise. My flights out of GR to TPA leave at 6am so you don't want to be downtown. Unless you like wake up calls at 3am. Stay here, wake up at 4:15am, airport (free) shuttle at 5am, no sweat for 6am blast off. If you are new to GR, always stay downtown. The JW Marriott is $30 more. Same with the Amway Grand. And downtown GR is full of great restaurants (really) a super museum and clean and safe.
