This hotel was a great place to stay for a week business trip. The room was nice and clean. The overall hotel had a great air about it. the room had a king size bed, flat screen TV and a fridge. Bed and chair were both comfortable. Internet was fast and reliable. There is also an attached restaurant/bar that serves GREAT food. I grabbed dinner and a few drinks there three different nights and every night the food and service were exceptional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Grand Rapids area.

Very clean, close to the airport and convenient to restaurants and shopping areas. My travel agent had me booked at the Staybridge Suites across the street but I preferred the Holiday Inn for the restaurant in house. They agreed to match the price quoted by the Staybridge despite being slightly lower than their AAA rate. Super service. All the personnel were more than eager to assist me. The cookies and fresh lemondade in the evening were a very nice touch as well.

After years of trying other hotels nearby (Staybridge Suites, Homewood Suites, Hampton Inn and others) I finally gave this Holiday Inn a try when I had an extra night on a business trip - and I am so happy I did. This will now be my hotel of choice when staying in this part of Grand Rapids.

I was so impressed by the very professional, friendly and courteous staff, the large ultra clean and spacious rooms, and the pool/jacuzzi was large and just great.

Another thing is the hotel is very quiet - sits 2 blocks off busy 28th street so it's nice and serene all evening and night long. So close to all the shopping and restaurants in the area as well, plus 10 minutes to the GRR airport with a free shuttle.

If you are wondering about which hotel to stay in near the airport, pick this Holiday Inn - you will not regret it!

This HOLIDAY INN was clean, bright and DELUXE !!!!!!! Elegant look & feel ................staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. Room was beautiful ...clean and comfortable. New design bathroom was wonderful upgrade !!
