Stayed here in February with a friend and a litter of puppies. We drove 9 hours with the puppies to visit friends in the area. There was about 12 inches of snow on the ground, the hotel was full, but they had our ground floor reservation waiting for us and were very pleasant and helpful. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in Kalamazoo. Thanks!

Dirty motel with bed bugs on both beds in our room. Requested a refund and got the heck out of there. I drove the 2 and 1/2 hours back home instead.

We had a pleasent stay at Super 8 kalamazoo at reasonable price. Our room was comfortable and quite. Breakfast in the was very good. Overall my stay pleasant. will come back again.

This place is so run down needs lots of work. Dirty and smelled. Very loud with doors slamming all evening. Not nice would not go back .

Had to bring my son back to college. Checked in after long drive. Room smelled horrible and the bathroom door was broken. My other son woke up with bites on his skin. Discovered bedbug Cancelled the rest of reservation and got refund. This hotel needs to be shut down! Called the parent company and filed a formal complaint
