This hotel is beautiful! We had a king room on the 4th floor. The room was clean and the bed was comfortbale! The front desk staff was always attentive and extremely friendly. We'll be staying here again on our next trip to Kalamazoo!

Had a great experience with this Hotel. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Friendly staff and nice continental breakfast.

This Clarion property is a little long in the tooth but it seems like there is quite a bit of construction going in in the lobby to update it. The rooms are spacious but the rooms are not soundproofed at all well since I was able to hear another guest on his speaker phone calling across the pond for a teleconference at 3:00AM in the morning like he was sitting right next to me. I had to switch rooms since I didn't want to endure another possible night of listening to this very loud guest on his mobile phone's speaker. The front desk personnel were very accommodating and quite helpful and moved me to another room. The breakfast was included in my rate and it was quite good for a hotel restaurant.

This hotel was very clean, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was typical continental hotel breakfast, and the waffles are always a hit with my family. The front desk staff was very helpful, and going across the parking lot to use the Holiday Inn swimming pool was great! Their pool was super warm, excellent facilities, a bathroom right there and also use of their weight/fitness room was available. This made our stay perfect, even when the pool had to be closed (due to someone putting m & m's in it), the front desk called over to our room to let us know when it was ready again.
We used the complimentary transportation service the hotel offered, and it was wonderful to not have to drive to our event, and the driver was waiting for us when we got done. I highly recommend this hotel, their customer service is top notch.
We would definitely use this hotel again for any stay in the Kalamazoo area, a great value!
