This probabaly is the best option available in Jackson Michigan for the quality of service they offer for the money they charge you for. I think service is probably the best part of it. They were kind enough to switch me out to the room with microwave. Just hope that they had more rooms like that. Breakfast is good location is good too given that jackson is small place.

Stayed here again for Christmas 2011. Wifi was a little spotty. Breakfast is just OK. But I would say, for the money, it's probably the best choice. There is a new Holiday Inn in Jackson which priced $40 more per night. It all depends on what you need and want.
The rooms are generally clean, there is plenty of parking. I will be back since I leave during the daytime to see family. If it were a business trip, where I might spend more time in the room, I would consider looking elsewhere.

Room was what expects from a Hpton Inn. Clean, comfortable and adequate for the length of the visit. Otherwise nothing remarkable, good or bad.

The hotel is in pretty poor condition; old towels, worn fixtures, etc...Breakfast is below average for a Hampton Inn.
Internet service is awful.
Price is high for what you get.

Superficial Cleaning, dirty bathroom and carpets. Nice front desk staff. I reported to Head Office and they made excuses and did accept responsibility. In other words they swept it under the carpet. ;) I am a diamond member but next visit I will have to go to the Holiday Inn in Jackson which looks new...
