Room was what expects from a Hpton Inn. Clean, comfortable and adequate for the length of the visit. Otherwise nothing remarkable, good or bad.

The hotel is in pretty poor condition; old towels, worn fixtures, etc...Breakfast is below average for a Hampton Inn.
Internet service is awful.

Price is high for what you get.

Superficial Cleaning, dirty bathroom and carpets. Nice front desk staff. I reported to Head Office and they made excuses and did accept responsibility. In other words they swept it under the carpet. ;) I am a diamond member but next visit I will have to go to the Holiday Inn in Jackson which looks new...

This hotel is a dated property (although it doesn't look old, it is worn). Not a good mattress, the heating did not work properly, and the bathroom had worn towels. It was clean and the staff was personable, but it is in need of a lot of updates. I have stayed in Jackson before, but at the Fairfield (next door) and will be going back there if traveling through the area again. I like the Hampton chain, but this one was disappointing.
