This hotel was horrible. The worst part was the service. We got adjoining rooms with our in laws and spent two weeks at this hotel for work. The back parking lot literally connects with the highway so no nice views here. The front desk staff was sloppy, rude and made you feel like other guests (who had not even arrived yet) were more important. They told you one thing, you came back and another person told you different. My inlaws "no smoking room" smelled SO bad if you opened the adjoining door it started to make our room smell. It actually made me nauseous. It was the smell of mold, metal, old cigarettes and dirt. When they tried to switch rooms they were told nothing was available until monday. Monday came and then "no rooms were available". We had to buy odor reducer spray for our carpets and bedsheets. The water was THE worst I have ever seen. The toilet water was brown and the sink and shower water tasted and even smelled like metal. I was told this can damage your clothes, skin and hair as well. The ice machine dispensed ice that left rust stains in our coolers. I wouldn't use it in my drinks... Due to our long stay we needed a larger fridge. After a week I asked to switch with another room. I was told that the other people coming in needed those larger fridges. I never got a larger fridge. The maid service was awful. One maid didn't even come in the room. She laid clean towels outside my door on the floor! I had to ask for toilet paper and trash bags and empty the trash myself. We also didnt use te comforters on the bed because they looked so incredibly ditty. We found what looked like blood on the box spring on the side of the bed. This place has a "restaurant" but when we called to order food, they were out of most stuff we asked for. This place also has studios they rent so locals are always talking parking spots and hanging out front of the hotel smoking. The front desk staff hangs outside and smokes as well and uses a baby monitor to hear the phone ring in the lobby. I tried calling the desk several times and it just rang and rang. This place allowed pets, was close to our work location and was $200 a week. Otherwise we would have moved to a more clean, friendly place.
