“Comfortable, Affordable, Clean”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 December 2010

We have stayed at different hotels in this city four times this year, and we haven't been quite happy with the other ones. This one really stood out from the rest! Check in was really quick and the staff at the front desk were patient and very helpful. They had a lot of information about the area and were willing to go out of their way to find for us the information they did not have. All the staff were extremely friendly. The room was very spacious, cozy, and clean with very big, comfortable bed. The bathroom was fresh and well-equipped. The location is superb, right off 75. We will definitely be staying again!

“motel 8 would have been cheaper and better rooms”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 16 October 2010

I placed my request for a one week in advance. The day i arrived did not have the rooms i requested. I requested connecting rooms was told i had them reserved. I showed up for the rooms and not connected., No refrig, rooms without handicap accessable bathrooms in the rooms. I felt I deserved a discount for being mislead. Asked for a discount and of course "oh no sir we can not guarantee any rooms". If i knew i was walking into this i could have changed my reservation to a better hotel. I called other hotels and of course they were full. I had to suck it up! There was no elevator to the second floor. Basically it was an overpriced motel 8 with a pool. The "free" morning breakfast was a joke. Cereal, milk, and the eggs were colder than the milk. No hot food unless you are going to take the frozen waffles yourself and place them in the toaster. I just do not how this place stays in business? I bet they have a lot of first business only. I have learned my lesson never go to there again.

“Terrible Mattresses”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 October 2010

The most important thing in any hotel are the mattresses. This hotel should have replaced them long ago. My wife rejected the first room because of the mattresses, thought the second room would be better. Since we were both tired, we just decided to go for it. Big mistake! Like sleeping on a swayback horse. The mattress topper felt fluffy, but after sleeping on it for a night, found it was very poor.
Other problems were carpeting that still smelled of cigarettes, and a broken exterior rear security door.

“Comfortable accommodations and friendly staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 August 2010

This is a very nice, well run hotel with staff who are eager to please. Special requests are honored to the best of their ability. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub are clean and the temperatures are perfect. The continental breakfast is tasty and well stocked. Coffee is available in the lobby 24/7. The location is perfect~right off I-75 & close to "downtown". My travel companion is wheelchair-bound & found everything easily accessible. This will be our choice for a hotel whenever we have the chance to stay in Indian River.
