We were not happy with our stay at all. The hotel was probably close to sold out if not sold out. Many rooms were occupied with swimmers competing at Conference Championships. Most do not take showers in the morning. So the fact that the hotel was full should be no reason for a hotel to run out of hot water. In all my years of travel for leisure and business I have never been to a hotel that has even come close to not having hot water. When we mentioned it at the desk all we got from the staff was a basic shoulder shrug. The parking lot was horrible. Not well maintained at all. Good thing we had a 4 wheel drive as two of the nights we had to park in snow banks and climb out the passenger side. We had to walk through ice and slush, it never appeared to be salted. The staff was completely unpreprepared at breakfast and one girl was just plain rude. The exersice area was tiny at best. Pictures with the mirror in the background make it look larger than it is, and it was equipped with out of date and very used equipment (3 pieces) no weights. Internet service was horrible. I could not even access the web from the lobby computer. Would I stay again at this hotel? Abosolutely not. Next time I will be staying with the rest of our team at the bit more pricey hotel. Yes, I guess you do get what you pay for.

The rooms overall were not that bad, I found the beds to be fairly comfortable. The draft though the windows was horrible. I do think that you should try to get out the smoke smell of the rooms before threatening guests with a surcharge if they smoke in the room.

Our experience throughout our stay was wonderful - excellent service, comfort, breakfast, facility - however, days after our departure our review of this establishment went sour. Days after check-out I learned that our credit card had been charged over $20 for "2 pillows that housekeeping could not account for". We did not even receive a phone call alerting us to this incident, and no one can take care of this fraudulant charge until the manager returns from her vacation next week. Very disappointed not only in the accusation but the inability to be assisted by staff. I would not stay here again nor recommend this hotel without first seeing a list of the items in the room, so there are no false charges made after check-out for "missing" items

Spent one night with my son's soccer team here as we traveled across the state for a soccer tournament. The customer service was unbelievable - they were able to place our families on the same floor which many of the motels will not. We had a 7am game on Sunday morning, so they were nice enough to have the hot breakfast ready for our team at 6am - an hour before the normal starting time. The rooms were clean and the customer service from all employees was unbelievable. We had 12 families from my sons team stay here - we all stayed here last year for the same tournament. What a great experience.
