Our experience throughout our stay was wonderful - excellent service, comfort, breakfast, facility - however, days after our departure our review of this establishment went sour. Days after check-out I learned that our credit card had been charged over $20 for "2 pillows that housekeeping could not account for". We did not even receive a phone call alerting us to this incident, and no one can take care of this fraudulant charge until the manager returns from her vacation next week. Very disappointed not only in the accusation but the inability to be assisted by staff. I would not stay here again nor recommend this hotel without first seeing a list of the items in the room, so there are no false charges made after check-out for "missing" items
