Our stay started and ended with excellent service. I callied the hotel to make a reservation and mentioned we were flying out early in the morning. Bo told me about the park and fly program which worked out perfectly. Our room was clean and the entire staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel provided free shuttle service to and from the airport and breakfast was available at 4:30 AM. Highly recommend this hotel. Thanks to Bo and Brett for the great service.

This place was the best. The front desk people Bo and Sarah could not have been nicer and more helpful to us. You should give them a hefty raise when the time comes for those considerations because they do a great job for your hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I have stayed at this award winning property 3 or 4 times in the past year. As having choice privledges "Diamond Elite" stautus, I am very discriminating where I stay. I travel and stay overnight an average of 100+ nights a year. I choose this property when in Grand Rapids for its excellent service, impeccably clean rooms and most importantely its friendly, knowledgeable staff. My last stay had me doing business downtown, about 15 miles away. I went our of my way to stay at this property,when there were many closer to my business appointments. Great place!

Stayed one night, parked for airport 3 weeks. Excellent staff, very helpful. Free shuttle to and from airport. Breakfast available early morning. Clean, comfortable. Very reasonable price.
