I stayed here for 4 days right before Christmas. I needed to request a different room when I checked in due to mold in the shower I was given a much smaller room that was not in the same price point as the room that I had reserved and pre paidMy room was never properly cleaned during my entire stay I requested that cleaning staff use a vacuum I was told that it would be taken care of. It never was my key did not work twice during my stay. When I went to the front desk for assistance the first time the desk clerk was angry that I bothered him I mentioned all of this when I checked out. I was promised a full refund. I was only refunded one night

I stay at this hotel 4-8 times a year on business. I appreciate the cleanliness and the level of service. The rate is higher that I would ever pay for a Hampton Inn. The air conditioner / heater is very loud. Couldn't do it without earplugs.

Hotel was clean with nice beds and linens. Breakfast was better than average.

We stayed here for 2 nights in October to use the hotel as a base for seeing the foliage up north. The hotel was very clean and up to date. The staff was very helpful with information about the local area. Breakfast was included and was the typical hot fare and plentiful. The hotel has a nice indoor pool with an attached terrace that's very nice to relax in at the end of the day. It's location is near many restaurants of which you can either walk to or take a very short drive. The room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. Plenty of water pressure and a spotless bathroom as well.
