When we booked a 2 bedroom suite, we didn't realize that we would be hauling all of our luggage up a flight of stairs on the outside of the condo suite... it was spacious, had a full kitchen, and a loft... definitely spacious for my wife and 4 kids. But didn't realize that it would create a dangerous situation. The loft had a second bathroom, but the bed and bedside tables were flush against the half-wall. Our young kids (all under 5 yrs old) could have easily climbed up the half-wall and fallen off the second floor down to the first floor living room! They should really put a disclaimer not recommending their 2 bedroom suites for families with young children...
The bed was TERRIBLE. As in, no support at all and I needed some extra strength tylenol just to get out of bed. NO SUPPORT -- you need to replace those crummy beds with some quality... felt like was I was going to fall into the headboard.
Also, breakfast ended at 8:30am each morning so never got to experience that... would have required bundling up the whole family in winter gear to walk over to the main building.
Ever heard of using salt to clear the ice? Dangerous ice in the parking lot... on the walk-way... AND on the steps... glad I didn't fall and hurt myself hauling luggage on the ice...
