We recently stayed here for a volleyball tournament and this hotel was a lot nicer than I had expected. The room was clean, but controlling the temperature in the room was not an easy task. When we walked in it was freezing, which is fine because the room was empty, but after turning the heat on, it got VERY warm and then turning it down made it cold! We just couldn't find a happy medium, but we survived.The front desk was very polite and helpful at all times. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the breakfast. If you're going to serve scrambled eggs, please make them edible! Otherwise, stick with what works; yogurt, fruit, toast bagels, and beverages.

The hotel has recently become a Best Western, and it looks like a lot of renovations were done. It was very clean and bright, the room was actually a two-room suite, it had a mini-fridge and a microwave. There was also a good-size couch in the sitting room. The wi-fi connection in the room was very good. The breakfast was above average, with a lot of different choices and included a hot dish -- a different one each morning that we stayed there.

We stayed here for two nights. We had 3 rooms. Clean hotel. All rooms had refrigerators and microwaves, which was nice. Pool stayed open late, front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast (not amazing, but decent). We got rooms for $48 using hotwire and they worth well worth every penny. Nice hotel. Plan on staying again for sure!

Star ratings can be deceiving. This hotel may be rated only 2 or 3 stars, but these ratings are based on amenities. If a hotel has onsite spa, restaurant, shopping, conferance center, it will get more stars (even though the rooms, service, etc may be terrible). This hotel is an example where the Tripadvisor rating is a better indicator. The rooms are clean. The service is terrific. The breakfast is better than the standard free type. The bed is at the perfect comfort level (not too firm, not too soft). Given these facts, the value is excellant when you figure that I got it on a very low bid on a popular name-your-price website.
