I stay at County Inn & Suites often. The staff is incredibly accommodating, professional and personable. The rooms are very clean and updated...the beds are great! I highly recommend this hotel.

We needed a place for many out of town guests, including ourselves, for our son's wedding. We chose the Deposit Drive Country Inn and Suites East in Grand Rapids based on reviews in TA. We were not disappointed.
The service was,excellent. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The suite we,had was immaculately clean and spacious. It was also extremely quiet, even though this property is near I-96. The breakfast room is large, actually two rooms, with real dishes and silverware, as well as plentiful hot breakfast. While I did not make it to the pool, it looked clean and inviting.

Stayed here to visit family and a weekend wedding. The place is clean, the front desk is great and management was awesome. We visit Grand Rapids often and have stayed in different hotels, but from now on, we will always start our search with this hotel. Thank you for making our out of town visit pleasant and comfortable.

Our family stayed at the Country Inn and Suites for one night after a stay at another hotel didn't work out before. My wife made the reservation over the phone the night before. They allowed us to check in in the morning, which was a lifesaver. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout. The two-room suites were spacious and very clean. The pool was well maintained. The breakfast was a cut above most other hotel breakfasts at this price point, including good fresh fruit that went beyond just apples and chopped melon. If something really distinguished the place, though, it was the staff. They were attentive and helpful without being overbearing. This place deserves a commendation.
