Check in was nothing special. When we got into the room there were stains on the carpet and my boyfriend pointed out what appeared to be a bloody booger on the wall next to the bed. There was debris on the floor, smudges on the mirrors, and best of all, pee on the floor by the toilet. Upon checkout, no one was at the front desk, there wasn't a sign saying they'd be back, and a manager was nowhere in sight. Not impressed to say the least.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We value all our guest’s feedback and I apologize if your stay was not comfortable and enjoyable. The staff is held to high standards of cleanliness and I was shocked to hear your guest suite was not as clean and comfortable as we pride ourselves on providing to all our guests.
I can assure you I have shared your comments with the staff and we will be reviewing our policy’s an procedures to ensure our rooms are always kept to the highest Marriott standards. In regards to your experience with the front desk I apologize if you were unable to speak with an employee upon departure. Several things often times pull our staff away from the desk for several minutes at a time, guest requests, stocking pool and fitness center, cleaning the meeting room, etc. I can assure you the staff does in fact return momentarily when they do step away as the sign indicated.
Again, thank you for taking the time to provide this valuable feedback. I apologize for your frustrations in the cleanliness of the room and can assure you we take great provide in the cleanness of our rooms and were disappointed to hear of your experience.
