We booked this hotel using Priceline and secured a great deal for the quality of hotel we got! The room was clean, the service was friendly, and the breakfast was more than a continental that we expected at this level of motel. The location is not great, slightly off the beaten path, but was quiet and convenient to the freeway to get to the places you needed to be. Overall, this was a great hotel for the price we paid.

“Great bargain”

We spent two nights at the Baymont. The only problem that we had was that the room smelled like someone had smoked in it. We used our Frebreeze that we take with us when we travel. The front office was completly surprised that the room smelled like smoke and they were going to checked in to this matter.
Nice place and friendly folks.

“never stayed at a Baymont before, this was a good one!”

I liked this hotel very much. I got a great rate and the hotel was very clean and fresh. The breakfast area was spacious and had a great selection. I'll be back for sure. The rooms were a little small but that's ok, it had enough else going on that it was a non-issue.

“No customer Service!”

We are a touring theatre company, booking literally 21 hotel rooms a week throughout the year. We have great success with Hotwire and booked this hotel on Hotwire for three employees.

It took our actors nearly two hours from the time they arrived at the hotel to the time they checked into their room. The problem was the hotel refused to work with them in getting them in a hotel with two beds. Despite the fact they had rooms available.

They are staying here for 8 days and on one of the nights all the double rooms are apparently booked. So we generously made every concession possible. Including asking to stay in a double until the sold-out night and then pay for a cot for the one night in a king room, then return to doubles after that.

The hotel continued to refuse to allow our employees to change rooms?

I understand the rules of Hotwire, but for a service industry hotel, this is absolutely absurd. If rooms are available then for pete's sake why not work with us? After agreeing to pay an additional $80 on our booked room we were told that the actors could stay in a double room until the sold-out night and then will be moved to a room with a king bed and a cot for the remainder of their stay.

This is the first time in nine years of using Hotwire and booking hotels for our employees that we've ever encountered a hotel so against customer service.

Frustrating. The great part is that our company is returning for two more 30 day stints this year and aren't using Hotwire for those stays and I can absolutely assure you that we won't be staying at this hotel.

I went there to celebrate my sons 3rd birthday and upon checkin I was told that we are not allowed to have a "party" at the hotel. The front desk advised that even though they did not have a refridgerator to hold ice cream that we were able to celebratee the toddlers birthday. The Manager Tony told my Mom that we were not allowed to have a party without renting the conference room. We had 6 adults and 2 babies, we did not need a conference room , that is why we rented a room so that the kids could swim and enjoy themselves. The total of people staying was 3 in the room. My friend is a manager at a hotel and she says the capacity for a room with two beds is four people. After Tony basically called my Mom a liar and said the front desk never said they could celebrate my sons birthday. He pretty much insuted my moms judgement. After all the arguing the manager then told us we were not allowed to even occupy the room. I understand every business needs their money but to try and sell a room unnecessary to my needs was a rip off. I already had a room reserved for the occasion. So in closing I would like to thank Tony for a bad representation of the Baymont chain and way to go for ruining a 3 year olds birthday I would NEVER go back to that hotel for how we were treated.
